Responsibilities

Support process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency projects within related departments
Provide hands-on learning and project participation to help improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
Participate in professional workshops and other career development programs
Engage in internship socials
Job shadowing and/or job rotations with other participating departments
Attend classes designed to enhance career development
Attend a leadership roundtable with our senior leadership team

Required

High Level of interpersonal skills and ability to exercise judgment

Enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's Degree Program, in good standing with an accredited educational institution
Rising Junior or Senior
3.0 GPA or higher with no academic or corrective action on record
Required to pass a drug screen and background check upon offer
