Responsibilities

Lead the ongoing prioritization and planning process for the Card CoBrand & Partner portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business strategy and objectives

Develop and maintain robust status reporting mechanisms to provide transparency on progress, risks, and issues across the book of work

Collaborate with Product teams to maintain and evolve the long-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends

Establish and manage a framework of meetings, governance routines, and communication channels to ensure consistent alignment across key stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Operations, and external partners

Implement and oversee portfolio management processes, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery tracking

Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks and issues impacting portfolio delivery

Drive process improvements and best practices in portfolio management, leveraging data and feedback to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
