Paragon Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for defining project objectives, creating project schedules, and overseeing the budget throughout the entire project.

Responsibilities

Review the client’s contract and go through order acceptance, document approvals, project date changes, order completion, shipment notification, communication plan (for large projects)

Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project

Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities

Review the project schedule with management and customers (as required)

Monitor progress of the project against project milestones and notify management if there is a deviance from the plan

Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality

Create and submit Production Orders (JOFs) - locate and attach CGD, TIR, or other work guides

Create and submit Travelers - Locate and attach drawings, Specs, TIR, FATP

Update project schedules in Hippo - develop based on TML, update based on project activities

Create and submit spreadsheets for vendor POs

Prepare paperwork for completion/invoicing

Provide client updates as requested; host monthly client project reviews

Participate in GEMBA and Project Review Meetings

Required

Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of project management experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy

Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy

Preferred

PMP designation a plus

Experience working within a Quality program is a plus
