Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
Coordinates the execution of marketing and communication plans and tactics
Conducts market research and prepares findings to support strategic decision making
Plans and organizes community and outreach events, including preparing materials, coordinating volunteers, and providing on‑site staffing
Assists with content development including writing, editing, and designing content for a variety of materials, including digital and print ads, brochures, flyers, patient communication and website copy
Updates intranet and websites content
Assists in the development, tracking and distribution of marketing reports
Provides general departmental support for clinics, service line initiatives, and organization-wide communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, with 0–3 years of relevant experience
Experience managing social media and website content
Writing, editing and graphic design skills
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events
Preferred
Prior marketing experience in a healthcare environment
