Generating new catering & sales opportunities
Developing detailed event plans
Collaborating with the food and beverage team
Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Managing multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Catering & Sales and Event Planning
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience
Knowledge of Food & Beverage best practices and operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred
Proficiency in event management tools and CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
