Payroll Administrator - Part-time
The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations in a hybrid role. The role involves assisting with payroll processing, generating reports, maintaining data, and managing communications related to payroll inquiries.
Responsibilities
Assist with employee time entry and payroll processing support
Generate, analyze, and reconcile payroll-related reports
Maintain spreadsheets and perform data updates and reconciliations
Manage payroll-related email communications
Communicate with employees and managers regarding timekeeping and payroll inquiries
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Excel (required); working knowledge of Word
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Workday preferred
