Responsibilities
Lead the execution and delivery of complex business intelligence initiatives
Support the breakdown of high-level initiatives into actionable, development-ready tasks as needed
Act as a facilitator to understand stakeholder needs, dependencies, and priorities, capturing both near-term and long-term requirements
Gather feedback on current dashboard processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement improvements
Design, develop, and refine dashboards to deliver actionable insights and support business objectives
Model and test ingested data to ensure reliability, consistency, and scalability in BI solutions
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate dashboard enhancements and data models with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs
Facilitate the launch of new dashboards
Qualification
Required
Completed 4-year degree
5+ years of direct business intelligence engineering experience
Experience with UAT and designing dashboards
Experience modeling and testing data/reviewing data for BI solutions
Candidates will need to be local to Seattle
