Responsibilities
Create journey maps and service blueprints to align teams and improve customer and employee experiences
Design wireframes and prototypes and test them with end-users
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and designers to implement user-centered solutions
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Evaluate product and service performance post-launch and recommend enhancements
Manage individual deliverables while contributing to a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
Working on impactful UX and service design initiatives
Collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and fellow designers
Contributing to end-to-end user experience improvements
Designing solutions that influence both customer-facing and internal experiences
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in UX or service design
Strong proficiency in Figma, Confluence, and Adobe Suite
Experience creating journey maps and service blueprints
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, a computer-related field, or equivalent professional experience
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX and service design work
