Responsible for strategic leadership, oversight and management of payroll processes, staff compensation and classification, and staff and student recruitment and hiring
Maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students and central Human Resource services
Handle confidential and sensitive information
Use advanced software applications and systems as it applies to the position
Be skilled in policy and procedures, communicating and coordinating, and participating and encouraging support of the Fulton Schools values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field including two (2) years managerial experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
