Responsibilities

Become important members of deal teams and interact closely with investment banking professionals, from Analysts to Managing Directors
Receive broad exposure to all aspects of M&A transactions, from the initial pitch to closing
Participate in training, mentorship opportunities, social events, live deal work, and a summer project

Required

Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date between Dec 2027 – May 2028
Outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated leadership in work, school, or community
Knowledge of accounting, finance and valuation principles (coursework or self-study)
Excellent writing, verbal communication and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with impeccable attention to detail
Desire to work in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment
Candidates must be able to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects at once and learn quickly
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require sponsorship in the future
