Responsibilities
Uncover opportunities through deep-dive analysis of product performance and customer behavior
Build dashboards and reports that track what matters most
Support A/B testing and experimentation to validate new ideas
Turn data into action by transforming insights into digestible recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
Hands-on experience with SQL and Python to extract and manipulate large datasets
Proven ability to build dashboards using Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools
Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, or experimentation
Strong communication skills —you can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Must be eligible to work in the USA and able to pass a background check
Preferred
Advanced degree is a plus!
Experience in near prime/subprime consumer lending? That's a huge asset
