Great Plains Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of small agricultural and construction equipment, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join their Product Strategy team. In this role, you will support the entire lifecycle of New Product Development, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and schedules for new product launches

Help organize and track project milestones and deliverables across teams

Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project goals

Support communication between various departments (Engineering, Marketing, Supply chain, and Manufacturing) to ensure alignment on launch objectives and timelines

Schedule and participate in team meetings, documenting action items and following up on progress

Track dependencies between teams and manage any potential roadblocks to project timelines

Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables

Generate status reports for management and stakeholders, identifying key risks, delays, and solutions

Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring that all materials are current and accessible

Follow all Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wear prescribed safety and protective equipment

Detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Product Strategy team

Planning, coordination, and execution of new product launches

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones are on time and within budget

Ensure that innovative solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency

Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and schedules for new product launches

Help organize and track project milestones and deliverables across teams

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited College, University or Technical School; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to analyze journals, technical procedures, regulations and other documents

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Google Drive

Excellent written communication skills to write reports, correspondence, procedure manuals, etc

Effective presentation skills to deliver information to a variety of audiences and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, etc

Familiarity with agricultural and construction equipment helpful
