Responsibilities

Lead the definition and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and feature releases, ensuring alignment between product, sales, and marketing
Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks that differentiate our solutions in the capital markets and SaaS landscape
Create and deliver high-impact sales tools, including pitch decks, case studies, product sheets, and competitive battlecards to improve win rates
Own the competitive intelligence for your product area; monitor industry trends and competitor moves to provide actionable insights to Product Management
Propose and manage pricing and packaging structures based on competitive benchmarking and value-based research
Collaborate with the Growth/Demand Gen teams to provide the content and "hook" for digital campaigns, webinars, and events
Conduct customer interviews and analyze usage data to influence the product roadmap and identify new growth opportunities
Produce high-quality thought leadership content, including whitepapers, blog posts, and website copy that resonates with sophisticated financial buyers
Define and track success metrics for product launches and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on performance and ROI to leadership
Lead project-based squads across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a unified market approach

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related strategic marketing role within a SaaS environment
Previous experience in Capital Markets or Fintech is strongly preferred
Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for C-suite and technical audiences
Comfortable using data (Salesforce, HubSpot, or product analytics tools) to drive decisions and measure campaign impact
Proven ability to manage complex launches involving multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines
Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a high-growth environment
