Role Type: Application Support Engineer (Java-centric)
Primary Skill: Strong hands-on expertise in Java (mandatory)
Secondary Skills: Working exposure to .NET or React (either is acceptable)
Support Experience: Proven background in production/application support with ticket handling
Technical Strengths: Quick problem assessment and root-cause analysis
Ability to debug, fix, and navigate existing codebases efficiently
Communication Skills: Clear and confident communication with consumers and stakeholders
Experience managing and responding to support tickets effectively
Qualification
Required
