Responsibilities

Manages small to medium scope projects independently and partners with or works under the guidance of Senior Project Managers on large complex Projects

Manages technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance

Assist PMO Directors to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices

Evaluates project related situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes

Analyzes risk, establish contingency/response plans, identify trigger events, and establish responsibilities for initiating mitigating action

Communicate project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers

Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables

Manages the financial aspects of the project

Determines what constitutes successful closure for all parties. Gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained
