Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the enterprise asset management strategy aligned to business goals, compliance requirements, and financial targets
Lead governance for work management, maintenance, asset master data, reliability standards, and capital planning processes
Define KPIs and enable performance measurement (asset health, work management efficiency, preventive vs. corrective mix, lifecycle ROI, etc.)
In partnership with Finance and Internal Audit, ensure SOX controls are embedded, tested, and continuously monitored within EAM processes
Own system roadmap and enhancement prioritization for EAM platforms (e.g., Workday, Maximo, SAP PM, Oracle EAM, Infor, or similar)
Govern configuration standards, role-based controls, integrations, and change management aligned to SOX and compliance principles
Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, change management, internal control, and regulatory frameworks
Lead team of analysts to maintain and provide business level support for EAM platforms
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve spare parts optimization, maintenance execution, and reliability engineering maturity
Serve as liaison between IT, business owners, and external partners to ensure system capability meets business needs
Collaborate with Finance to validate cost/benefit, capital planning, and operational budgeting implications
Lead process standardization, harmonization, and modernization efforts
Drive backlog management, release planning, and user adoption across sites and business functions
Manage enhancement requests, issue resolution, and vendor performance
Lead functional SMEs, business analysts, and third-party delivery teams
Promote asset stewardship, disciplined operations, and data-driven decision making
Develop training, playbooks, and role clarity for end-users and supervisors

Required

BS/BA degree in Business or IT related field with 7+ years' experience in Enterprise Asset Management, Operations, Maintenance, or related business process ownership
Obtain and maintain unescorted access to the Susquehanna nuclear power plant
Experience leading EAM implementations, work management maturity programs, or asset optimization initiatives
Strong understanding of maintenance planning, spare parts management, reliability practices, financial impacts, and internal control models
Exposure to compliance frameworks, SOX requirements, audit cycles, and internal control testing

Preferred

Prior experience in asset-intensive industries (energy or utilities)
Familiarity with Maximo or other EAM solutions
SOX, controls, or audit-related experience or certifications a plus
