They are seeking a Training Manager to support their Dropbox team, responsible for creating and delivering training content for sales representatives and managers, while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Execute versus a monthly/quarterly target in the small to medium enterprise segment

Delivers new hire training to onboarding sales representatives via in-person, virtual video based, one-on-one, and group sessions across international regions

Manage and iterate training content using various design platforms

Proactively identifies challenges and issues faced by managers and front-line employees where training processes/content could be improved

Strategizes with sales managers to address training needs and areas of opportunity

Provides feedback on trainee performance and growth

Works with cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external clients to achieve program initiatives

Pivot training delivery based on feedback from internal and external clients

Perform other related duties as assigned

Use an LMS to enroll learners, track learning paths and training progress
