Responsibilities
Lead and manage the OT Compliance team, including hiring, development, and retention
Define and execute NIST-aligned OT cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs
Own policies, standards, risk appetite, and enterprise risk assessments
Drive incident response readiness and coordinate tabletop exercises and BC/DR alignment
Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, audits, and evidence collection
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT/OT Ops, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Service Management teams
Embed security-by-design practices into operations and technology platforms
Govern third-party security vendors, manage SLAs, and oversee supplier compliance
Manage operational and capital budgets for OT compliance and security initiatives
Champion automation-first and compliance-by-design strategies across the organization
Support digital enablement, proactive security culture, and continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and lead change across teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years of diversified IT experience, including enterprise-scale environments
3+ years of people leadership experience (direct or indirect) managing professional staff
Strong OT (Operational Technology) experience within regulated or industrial environments (Oil & Gas highly preferred)
Hands-on Governance, Risk & Compliance leadership aligned to NIST frameworks, including audits, risk registers, and remediation
Security & risk certifications strongly preferred (CRISC highly desired; CISSP/CISM/CISA also valuable)
