Customer Support Associate (NY)
CardWorks is a diversified consumer finance service provider, and they are seeking a Customer Support Associate to work in a call center environment. The role involves answering inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Assists and advises accountholder regarding their accounts
Answers telephone and interacts with customers in a professional manner
Facilitates problem resolution in accordance with policy and procedure
Updates and notates customer information within the operating system
Completes necessary steps to initiate account transactions and investigations
Advises accountholders of billing disputes procedures including transferring call or opening disputes if after hours
Determines when to escalate calls that require further assistance
Qualification
Required
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
Prior customer service experience
Experience working with computers is required
Preferred
Experience with First Data Resources (FDR), Evolve or related platforms preferred
One (1) plus years of related inbound or outbound call center or collections experience desirable
