Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs
Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures
Serve as a liaison between department and outside communities
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department
Participate in budgetary processes
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training OR Associate's Degree and five years of experience OR Master's Degree and two years of experience
Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
