Entry, Mid, Senior LevelEncore Finance is focused on evaluating and analyzing loans for Single Family Rental and Multifamily properties. They are seeking an experienced Underwriter who will assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and perform complex cash flow analysis and valuations of real estate portfolios.

Responsibilities
Assessing applicant creditworthiness and ensuring all loan requests comply with internal lending policies and regulatory requirements
Reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and supporting documentation to make informed loan approval decisions
Maintaining continuity with borrowers throughout the full lifecycle—from origination through closing
Supporting additional special projects within credit operations and asset management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in commercial real estate loan underwriting and SFR a plus
Strong understanding of real estate-based lending and underwriting principles
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of current lending policies and regulatory requirements
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
