The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with IT solutions, working on analyzing operations and translating requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities
Analyze business partner operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, and automation opportunities
Assist with business process redesign and documentation to support new technologies
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT teams
Manage changes to functional specifications throughout the project lifecycle
Meet scheduled milestones to ensure timely delivery of project and program objectives
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Strong understanding of technology trends to enhance enterprise competitiveness
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to learn and adapt to client-specific software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently
Demonstrated ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and group settings
Valid Driver's License and ability to meet client vehicle policy requirements
Willingness to travel as required
