Responsibilities

Ensure affordable housing communities meet rent and income compliance standards through regular audits and annual reviews
Build and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and provide guidance to onsite teams as regulations evolve
Analyze audit results to identify trends and support corrective action plans that strengthen community compliance
Partner with teams through site visits, training, and feedback to promote consistent compliance and operational excellence

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
2-3 years of compliance, quality assurance or multifamily operations experience required
