They are seeking a Senior Designer to oversee and execute projects from conception through completion, ensuring designs meet client specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

Research and source materials, hardware, fabrics, tile, lighting, plumbing, artwork, furniture, treatments, and accessories based on the specific requirements of each project

Manage internal teams, vendor relationships, contractor execution, and client expectations

Acute attention to detail in reviewing all documents to ensure that they incorporate design intent and technical accuracy

Ability to manage a team through strong leadership, effective communication, collaboration, motivation and respect

Be the primary point of contact for the client and builder. Communicate frequently to ensure quality control and all phases/timelines/schedules are being completed on time and on budget

Schedule and perform routine site visits and keep the Principal and design team updated on progress and timelines
