Responsible for developing and maintaining business-to-business relationships with new and existing companies that raise market awareness for Title Services to increase revenues
Work with cross functional teams to forecast revenues and identify target customers
Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 0 to 2 years experience in a senior or leadership sales role
Must have or obtain and maintain Title Marketing License, where applicable, with the applicable state insurance agency
Complete continuing education courses to maintain licensure
Demonstrated ability to use title production software
Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a high volume environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Planning and organizing abilities
Highly self-motivated and demonstrate initiative
Attention to detail to identify issues that should be escalated to title management
Preferred
Bachelor degree preferred
Title insurance or real estate experience preferred
Bachelor degree, in business management, finance, or business administration or equivalent education and/or experience
Thorough knowledge and understanding of title insurance sales
Sales management experience
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to maintain and successfully grow title company awareness and directly impact revenue growth
