Responsibilities

Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently

Perform 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) in a manufacturing environment

Assign appropriate GL accounts and cost centers

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor balances

Reconcile vendor statements and monthly AP reports

Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams

Assist with accounting records, reconciliations, and team support as needed

Follow all company policies and procedures
