The Administrator in Training will be responsible for ensuring quality care is provided to residents while managing daily financial operations and assisting facility NHA with various tasks.

Responsibilities
Plans, develops, organizes, and directs the facility’s daily operations
Makes routine inspections of the facility and assures that established policies and procedures are followed at all times
Represents the facility in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies and third-party payers
Maintains an effective and timely communication with residents, families and staff
Reviews and develops a plan of correction for deficiencies noted during survey inspections
Manages an excellent public relations program that serves the best interest of the facility and community alike
Maintains an excellent working relationship with the medical profession and other healthcare related facilities and organizations
Qualification
Required
Recently completed the NHA program or is enrolled in their last semester of the course
