Design & Innovate: Create dynamic, interactive learning experiences utilizing technology such as AR, VR, and AI

Collaborate & Lead: Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training that drives competency and engagement

Manage & Optimize: Assist in overseeing learning plans, track progress, and ensure compliance through our Learning Management System (LMS)

Stay Ahead: Explore new trends and technologies to keep our learning programs fresh, immersive, and effective

Required

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, related field or equivalent clinical training or Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience
