InternRestor3D is focused on quality improvement in their operations, and they are seeking a Quality Intern to assist with the maintenance and enhancement of their quality system. The role involves drafting QMS documentation, building training materials, and supporting day-to-day production operations.

Responsibilities
Drafting of QMS documentation to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the quality system inclusive of root cause analysis investigations, planned deviations, and non-conformance reports
Build training materials to help improve competency and proficiency of production and digital design operations
Trend data to determine biggest areas for improvement within the QMS
Assist with remediation projects for continuous improvement of the QMS
Assist with day-to-day production operations as needed:
Record Management
Receiving Inspection
Data Verification
Returned Product Inspections
Other duties may be assigned as necessary
Qualification
Required
General computer skills and experience with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro
Needs to be able to move/edit/save/copy documents, including using tracked changes in MS Word and creating pdf using Adobe Pro
Needs to be able to navigate the document folders on a computer
High School Diploma is required
In-process Engineering degree
Position may involve handling of or exposure to metallic powders, mill coolant, tapping fluid, and polymeric resins
Limited physical requirements other than the ability to place small materials, tools, or items on shelves. Minor lifting (7 to 25 lbs)
Standard working conditions, including laboratory and office environment
