Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across several operating companies

Maintain accurate general ledgers and GAAP‑compliant financial statements

Oversee intercompany accounting including eliminations, cost allocations, and management fees

Build and standardize accounting policies, controls, and reporting frameworks

Direct tax strategy and compliance in partnership with external advisors

Prepare audit‑ready documentation and serve as primary contact for auditors and tax partners

Support M&A activities including diligence, purchase accounting, onboarding, and post‑close integration

Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategy

Scale accounting infrastructure, systems, and workflows to support ongoing growth

Collaborate cross‑functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership
