Responsibilities

Performing monthly intercompany invoicing using Lear’s intercompany invoicing system, facilitate payment of balances, reconcile balances with corresponding intercompany locations, and assist with dispute resolution during close

Building a good working relationship with global finance and accounting teams related to intercompany related items

Preparing balance sheet general ledger account reconciliations using various accounting systems

Assisting Managers of Corporate Accounting with recording standard and non-standard journal entries on a monthly and quarterly basis

Tracking, preparing, and filing various monthly and quarterly government financial reports

Developing ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by management

Interfacing with Lear’s accounting and finance team in the Philippines on a consistent basis related to month-end close activities
