Responsibilities

Implement and develop repeatable, scalable workflows to support infrastructure deployments across varied jurisdictions and regulatory environments
Develop approval and permitting strategies that enable parallel review and execution across multiple locations
Provide strategic oversight and coordination related to power access, service connections, and activation sequencing
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure deployment approaches align with broader business and organizational objectives
Proactively identify and address risks tied to regulatory approvals, site constraints, or service interconnection timelines
Act as a technical and regulatory advisor on access requirements, compliance pathways, and external stakeholder engagement to support expansion initiatives
Define and track key performance indicators to measure deployment effectiveness, approval timelines, and operational readiness
Cultivate working relationships with service providers, and local entities to improve predictability and throughput of approvals
Monitor industry trends, evolving regulations, and regional best practices to continuously enhance deployment and approval processes

Required

Minimum of 8 years of experience in program leadership, strategy, or utility coordination roles supporting large-scale, distributed infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale approval and compliance strategies across multiple U.S. jurisdictions
Deep experience coordinating with service providers to plan activation timelines, manage power access, and support energization of geographically distributed assets
Proven history of leading complex, multi-region deployment programs under aggressive schedules while balancing risk, compliance, and operational efficiency
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities with a track record of influencing diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies, and third-party partners
Ability to interpret and navigate complex regulatory environments with sound judgment, adaptability, and strategic problem-solving skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Public Policy, Urban Planning or a related technical field
