Responsibilities

Year-end tax form production
Daily balancing in preparation for yearend reporting
Tax certification processing
Various workflow queues and assistance on tax compliance items

Qualification

IRS reporting requirementsTransfer Agent knowledgeExcelIRS/State Agency guidelinesCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferably 2 years of higher education and 2 years Transfer Agent knowledge and experience
Good understanding of the IRS reporting requirements
An understanding of IRS/State Agency guidelines and deadlines for year-end reporting
Computer skills, specifically Excel
Must be able to communicate written and verbally with others via email and or conference calls
