Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise cybersecurity program aligned with NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, FISMA Moderate, and FedRAMP requirements
Establish cybersecurity governance, policies, procedures, and SOPs tailored to organizational mission and risk profile
Define program metrics and continuously monitor cybersecurity posture and progress
Conduct enterprise-wide security posture assessments across applications, systems, networks, and cloud environments
Identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and governance gaps; prioritize risks and recommend remediation strategies
Perform and oversee vulnerability scanning, network mapping, architecture reviews, and traffic analysis

Required

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management
3+ years in a lead or senior cybersecurity role
Demonstrated experience securing government or regulated environments
Hands-on experience with NIST 800-53 / NIST CSF
Hands-on experience with penetration testing and vulnerability management
Hands-on experience with network security, architecture and design
