Benefits Administrator
Motion Recruitment is seeking a North America Benefits Administrator for a 6 month contract. The role involves managing the planning and administration of employee benefit programs, collaborating with the benefits team to ensure seamless processing of benefits for employees.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims, to ensure timely and accurate administration
First POC for Service-now benefit questions (excluding leaves)
Support Open Enrollment Activities
Address benefit-related issues, queries, and requests from employees, providing prompt and effective resolutions
Workday Benefits Administration
Review integration files and discrepancy reports from carriers
Benefit verifications
Auditing
QLE process
EOI process
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience as a benefits administrator or in a similar role
Working knowledge of relevant U.S. policies and regulations
Working knowledge of relevant Canada policies and regulations
Strong MS Excel skills
Basic knowledge of Canada benefit and absence plans
Workday experience
Be a team player
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical capabilities
Attention to detail
