Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end finance systems strategy, including ERP, EPM, and automation solutions
Partner with finance and technology leaders to build a digital-first finance function
Design and optimize finance data architecture, data warehouses, and reporting capabilities
Develop and implement scalable enterprise finance data models and standardized KPIs
Build advanced dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to provide visibility into profitability, cash flow, and cost drivers
Apply Python scripting and AI/ML tools to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and anomaly detection
Drive process transformation across AP, AR, payroll, treasury, and shared services
Implement training and change management programs to ensure adoption of new systems and processes
Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, aligning transformation with growth and profitability objectives
Manage and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or consulting experience, with at least 5 years leading finance transformation initiatives in a global setting
Proven track record with ERP/EPM implementations and finance system architecture
Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL tools, KPI design, and performance measurement frameworks
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Experience with Python and AI/ML applications in finance
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
