Responsibilities
Lead AI-first solution design across MarTech and experience platforms
Design, train, and optimize ML / Deep Learning models for business use cases
Oversee data preprocessing and large-scale data pipelines for AI readiness
Deploy and integrate AI solutions into production using cloud and containerization
Drive innovation and research in emerging AI and agentic frameworks
Partner closely with application development teams to deliver complete systems
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to embed AI into products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
Strong MarTech background with hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions
5+ years working with MarTech stacks such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google
1+ year experience with agent orchestration & prompt frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
5+ years of full-stack development experience (React, Java, Spring Boot)
Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, and AI orchestration frameworks
Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production
Expert-level experience with agentic development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
Strong understanding of autonomous systems and AI agent design
Knowledge of emerging AI protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Full-stack mindset — capable of engineering systems end-to-end (frontend, backend, infra, data)
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and MLOps tooling
