Responsibilities
Lead the evolution of the company’s analytics platform into a scalable data product
Design and build robust data models using DBT on Snowflake
Work with PostgreSQL and production data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
Partner with stakeholders to deliver clean, trusted, and well-modeled analytics
Help introduce and shape analytics workflows using Omni (modern BI built by the Looker founders)
Establish best practices for analytics engineering, documentation, and governance
Mentor others and help define the future data organization
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in analytics engineering or data engineering roles
Deep SQL expertise and experience modeling data for analytics
Hands-on experience with DBT and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
Curiosity and openness to modern BI tools like Omni
Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
A builder's mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and growth
