Responsibilities

Assist the project team in defining a project approach that best suits our clients’ needs

Create and execute project plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects and scope including project budgets and timelines

Identify risks and resolve them pro-actively with consideration for short and long term project impact

Prioritize and track the progress of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met

Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project status

Manage day-to-day client interaction, including setting and managing client expectations and documenting client meetings

Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks

Participate in revenue and resource forecasting

Assist with testing & QA to ensure all deliverables meet the project requirements and are free of errors
