Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules from preconstruction through turnover
Coordinate schedule inputs with construction managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
Analyze schedule impacts, critical path, and sequencing risks
Support look-ahead planning and milestone tracking
Provide schedule reports and updates to project leadership
Assist with schedule recovery plans and change impacts
Maintain schedule integrity and logic as project conditions evolve

Qualification

Project schedulingPrimavera P6Construction sequencingField operationsInterpreting drawingsCommunication skills

Required

5+ years of project scheduling experience in commercial construction
Direct experience supporting large vertical construction projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
Experience working alongside construction managers and field leadership
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or similar scheduling tools
Ability to interpret drawings, scopes, and construction plans

Preferred

Data center or mission-critical construction experience
