Responsibilities
Manage the visual and video brand of Mark Kelly for Senate
Serve as the primary photographer/videographer for all campaign events
Travel with Senator Kelly for the collection of video and photography as needed
Script, produce, and edit all of the campaign’s video needs for campaign-owned platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Collaborate with the communications and digital directors on the visual production of videos for external platforms
Coordinate with the campaign’s digital director to produce content according to the campaign’s editorial calendar
Support the digital director with social copywriting and social media posting
Maintain and manage the archive of campaign visual assets
Qualification
Required
At least one cycle of experience traveling with an elected principal
Strong writing skills, with experience drafting content in a principal's voice
Experience publishing video content across multiple platforms
Demonstrated ability to produce and edit multiple video projects simultaneously
High proficiency with Adobe Premiere
Preferred
Experience with animation and design, and intermediate proficiency with the entire Adobe suite
Knowledge of Arizona electoral politics or prior involvement in Arizona campaigns
Spanish fluency with an understanding of regional dialects
Experience managing support staff
Background in one or more battleground statewide races
Previous work with an incumbent
