This high-impact leadership role involves leading teams and solving complex financial reporting and transaction challenges for market-leading clients.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements across M&A, divestitures, carve-outs/spin-offs, IPO readiness, interim management, and complex technical accounting matters
Review and advise on financial statements and SEC filings
Build and review financial models, forecasts, and analytical outputs supporting decision-making
Oversee process improvement and best-practice implementation across finance and reporting
Act as a senior liaison between client management teams and their auditors
Manage and expand client relationships, contributing to new opportunity development
Lead, coach, and develop teams in the field, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery
Contribute to strategic initiatives that support the continued growth of the firm, including talent and recruiting efforts
Serve as a subject matter expert in selected areas (e.g., business combinations, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation)

Required

8+ years of experience in public accounting, audit, and/or accounting advisory
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (advanced degree preferred); CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
Deep expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting
Strong engagement leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a client-facing environment
An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to help build and scale a practice
Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips
