Required
Minimum 10 years as an estimator with established NYC-area heavy civil contractors
Proven track record delivering complex, high-profile heavy civil projects in New York City
Hands-on expertise in: Deep excavation and heavy Support of Excavation (SOE)
Hands-on expertise in: Heavy concrete (mass pours, elevated slabs, complex form-work)
Hands-on expertise in: Concrete on metal deck and other superstructure concrete
Hands-on expertise in: Pile drilling and pile driving (driven piles, drilled shafts, micro piles)
Hands-on expertise in: Waterproofing systems for below-grade structures
Hands-on expertise in: Rock excavation (controlled blasting a plus)
Hands-on expertise in: De-watering and groundwater control
Direct experience bidding large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects in NYC is strongly preferred
