The IT Intern will support the IT department by assisting with hardware and software maintenance, documentation, and compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Assist Department manager as directed in set up and maintenance of Hardware
Assist Department manager as directed in updating and installation of Software’s
Assist Department manager as directed in maintenance and cleanup of current DATA Folders
Assist Department manager in writing documentation and Standard work for IT department
Assist Department manager in preparation and disposal of obsolete assets
Assist and support immediate and indirect supervisors as requested
Other duties may be assigned
Keep work area clean and organized
Comply to all Cosma Die Technology rules and regulations
Use good judgment in all matters of work practices, conduct and safety
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Currently Attending a College or University
Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology
Preferred
Some related IT experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills
