Responsibilities
Report to the Lead Technical Coach at a 24/7 manufacturing facility
Collaborate daily with the Operations Supervisor to enhance front-line associates’ skills
Deliver recurring training (onboarding, monthly reviews, cross-training) based on Lead Technical Coaches guidance
Support Operations Lead and Supervisor by Addressing inspector queries, including interpreting engineering drawings
Participate in shift start and end meeting with Operations Leads and Supervisor to ensure seamless transitions
Submit daily end-of-shift emails to Lead Technical Coach and Site Manager, summarizing wins and challenges
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and adherence to inspection plans and protocols
Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational skills
Effective in a quality management system
Fluent in reading and writing English
Must be U.S. Citizen
Ability to stand for 8 hours, crawl in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Aerospace industry experience
