Responsibilities
Understand software requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases
Configure testing environments to replicate real-world scenarios
Manually execute test cases to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
Collaborate with developers and product teams to verify fixes and perform regression testing
Review testing outcomes and provide final sign-off on software quality
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Knowledge of manual testing techniques, including black-box, white-box, exploratory, usability, UAT, and ad-hoc testing
Ability to create and execute detailed test cases
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla
