CRH is a leading supplier of quality asphalt and construction services in the Southeastern U.S. APAC Alabama is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to market and sell crushed rock and asphalt products, expand the customer base, and develop new markets while managing territory sales goals and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and profitability

Identify and bid on projects within the assigned territory

Promote and sell crushed rock and asphalt products to contractors, municipalities, and industrial clients

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive pricing to inform sales tactics

Provide accurate material quotes and manage orders through our tracking system

Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service

Coordinate sales efforts across overlapping geographic markets and leverage the CRH portfolio

Track inventory levels to ensure product availability

Represent the company at industry events, training programs, and networking forums
