Responsibilities

Perform functional, environmental, and performance testing on flame and gas detectors
Assist in test setup, fixture operation, data collection, and documentation
Troubleshoot product failures and work with senior engineers to analyze root causes
Support product certification testing (IECEx, ATEX, FM, SIL)
Maintain lab equipment and ensure test procedures are followed precisely
Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams to resolve issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
0–2 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops welcome)
Familiarity with basic electronics, instrumentation, and test equipment

Good communication and documentation abilities

product testing such as functional tests, thermal cycling: 1 year
Ability to Commute: San Jose, CA 95112
