Responsibilities
Manage candidate screening and selection to support staffing needs across all departments
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
Participate in recruitment events such as internal/external job fairs and hiring days
Enter applicant data and maintain records across multiple HR and applicant tracking systems
Perform administrative tasks, including emailing, scanning, copying, and processing documentation
Communicate with candidates through phone, email, mail, and in person
Coordinate hiring needs and staffing priorities with department leaders
Resolve routine applicant questions with professionalism and a service‑focused mindset
Gain hands‑on HR experience with opportunities to learn and grow
Qualification
Required
Entry‑level; no prior HR experience required
Must be 18 or older
Full availability required (weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays)
Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑oriented environment
