Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for client staffing needs, developing strong, long-term relationships with local government partners
Lead and oversee recruitment processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, qualified talent
Partner with clients to understand workforce planning needs and provide strategic staffing solutions
Monitor recruitment performance metrics, service-level agreements, and delivery timelines; implement improvements as needed
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business development within the region
15% travel to client visits and attend in-person meetings throughout the Upper Midwest

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
Seven (7) or more years of experience in client-facing staffing, workforce solutions, HR consulting, or related roles
Prior experience working with local or municipal government clients; state and/or local government experience required
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, client service, and stakeholder management
Proven background in staffing and/or HR, including direct experience working with clients
Strong understanding of workforce planning, recruitment processes, and talent delivery models
Ability to travel frequently throughout the Upper Midwest region

Preferred

Prior experience supporting or consulting within Illinois and Wisconsin local government entities
Familiarity with public sector procurement, contracting, and staffing environments
